A lot of my followers know how much I love sports. I don’t really play but I love watching sports game on TV or in person. Prior to the start of the IPW 18, we were given a list of awesome Pre-IPW 18 Tours. I chose the “Sports Venue Tour” which featured the Coors Field (home of the baseball team, MLB Colorado Rockies); Pepsi Center (home of the NHL Colorado Avalanche & NBA Denver Nuggets). And also the Mile High Stadium (home of the American football, NFL Denver Broncos).
In this MoVernie BLOG, let me show you what the Mile High Stadium is all about and let’s have a tour together. This stadium is huge inside out, it sits as many as 70,000+ fans. Just imagine 70,000+ fans screaming and cheering their beloved team. Sometimes I wondered and admired how the statistician believes that if they build a 70,000+ seats stadium that it would be jam packed. Denver Broncos is a storied franchise as it had won the Super Bowl. Famous athletes such as John Elway & Peyton Manning played for this team.
We got a private VIP Tour of this stadium. We got to check out the visitor locker room and it was huge, so BIG! But then again, the entire roster has a minimum of 50 players, so it got to be big! We got to tour the media room and the box suite.
Anyhow, check out my photos below and let’s go and explore this Mile High Stadium!
Mile High Stadium
Address: 1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204, USA
MoVernie Trivia: Denver, Colorado is called the ‘Mile High City‘ because the city of Denver is 5,280 feet above sea level, which is also 1 mile above sea level. Thus, you can see the “5,280” sign around the city and also around the Mile High Stadium.
This Denver Sports Venue Tour and the incredible IPW 18 experience were provided by U.S. Travel Association’s IPW. However, as always, the opinions expressed in this post is entirely my own.
