Chef Daddy sure knows how to prepare a nice dish of steam chicken. When I go grocery shopping for dad, he asked for “Yellow Oil Chicken” at an Asian store as he said it’s more free range running and juicy and tender and it does show a difference from other regular chicken after he steam and prepare the dish.
To top that, he makes his own green onions and ginger dipping sauce. It’s perfect for the chicken to dip and perfect for a bowl of steam white rice. I can easily eat a bowl of rice by itself coz good rice are tasty by itself.
As I often think back to the hardworking farmers, every rice grain requires hardwork, thus, I never waste any grain of rice. I eat it all. Never waste food.
