Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) is an association consists of professional journalists, writers, videographers, photographers and corporate entities whose focus is the automobile and automotive industry.
Each year during the Media Day at the Canadian International AutoShow in Toronto, the winners for AJAC Car of the Year and AJAC Utility Vehicle of the Year are announced.
Our team just recently received a media release by AJAC announcing the 2025 Canadian Car of the Year Finalists.
The three finalists for 2025 Canadian Car of the Year are:

The three finalists for 2025 Canadian Utility Vehicle of the Year are:

- Toyota LandCruiser
The three finalists for 2025 Canadian Electric Car of the Year are:

- Lucid Air
The three finalists for 2025 Canadian Electric Utility Vehicle of the Year are:

- Kia EV9

The list of 12 Best Vehicles in Canada for 2025 features a blend of newcomers and longstanding favourites among Canadian car buyers.
Our MoVernie Team has actually test drove some of these finalists so we are happy for these brands for the chance to be the winner for their respective categories.
