Shareable: Razor Clams
Restaurante Rías Baixas 2 is a seafood restaurant that we found while we were sightseeing around in Vigo, Spain as one of the places the Royal Caribbean “Independence of the Seas” Cruise docked.
Welcome to Restaurante Rías Baixas 2, Vigo, Spain
At Restaurante Rías Baixas 2, it serves all kinds of fresh seafood from langoustine, clams, shrimps, crabs, squid and much much more.
Restaurante Rías Baixas 2 offers seafood platter that for a party of 1, 2 or 3 people. We did find it odd that they don’t have platter for four. Since we planned to order other appetizers to share, we just made it simple by ordering a platter for 3 people. It turned out that the portion was more than enough for our entire family of four.
Seafood Platter for 3 people, all for $49.50 EURO. What a bargain, as comparing to American pricing standards.

I am really enjoying the variety of seafood in this seafood platter
$49.50 EURO – Seafood Platter for 3 people, a total bargain for us. In Canada, it’s very expensive for seafood with this much amount of seafood and variety.
The bottom item called “Baiona”, apparently, it’s a delicacy that next time we hoped to try. The English is limited by the servers at this restaurant that he couldn’t explain to us what it was. Since we never seen this, we didn’t want to take a chance on ordering something we don’t want to eat.
