Whether you work in the financial district to grab lunch or dinner or you crave for a good bowl of Japanese Tempura and rice, Tempura Keisuke is worth your visit.

Wow! This Keisuke Tendon at Tempura Keisuke is really tasty and delish! This is what I like about this bowl of Tendon. Tempura was lightly battered so you can still taste the ingredients itself. The sauce was just a hint on each tempura and on the rice so it’s not salty and not overpowering. The rice were steam cooked with high quality Japanese rice. And on top of that, it came with a bowl of miso soup? That’s good value for sure.

Each tempura was unique and it’s big pieces and super tasty.

At $18.90 CDN + tax, this is a very good price proposition especially for an eatery located in the heart of the downtown financial district. The tendon was super tasty, good value and good portion.

Keisuke Tendon comes with:

– 3 Giant Tempura Prawns
– 1 giant Hokkaido Sushi Grade Scallop Tempura
– 1 Yam; 1 Eggplant; 1 Zucchini; 1 Lotus Root; 2 Green Beans; 1 Seaweed + Pickled Ginger
– Original or Spicy Sauce
– Japanese steamed rice
– A bowl of miso soup

Indulging this meal while listening to music outside the patio at the Chef’s Hall was such an incredible dining experience.
