Tonight, we are having dinner celebrating our trio of good friends’ birthday. We dined at One Fusion Cuisine as we ordered a bunch of a la carte food options.
Firstly, we began with our pre-ordered wintermelon seafood stew.
Then, Peking Duck with the steam bao. Some of the toppings provided with the steam bao doesn’t really make sense. Like, why is there a wholesome orange being provided? Who is going to peel the orange skin off? And take pieces with the Peking Duck? It doesn’t work! And marshmallow? Hmm..not sure how that works with the Peking Duck. Nice try!

Suckling Pig in the middle with left and right side with BBQ pork.
Snow Green Leaves with dried shrimps. I think this was the first time that I had a long dried shrimp that came along with the veggie greens.

I had lobsters many times but my 1st time trying Chinese sticky rice on stir fry lobster, quite an unique combo.
