Allward, the Stratford Soldier’s War Memorial honours those who fell in the First and Second World wars and the Korean War. The memorial was unveiled on Nov. 6, 1922, and continues to be the site of the city’s annual Remembrance Day ceremony.
I appreciate that the community in Stratford provides a place to remember the soldiers who served & protected our country and providing a place for people to remember them.
It’s located super close to the Downtown Stratford, providing a nice walk to pay our tributes to the fallen soldiers.
