During my wonderful stay here at the InterContinental San Francisco, I was able to maximize my experience at the Club Lounge at various timeslots as it’s super convenient for me to remotely working from the Club Lounge as it offered so many variety of snacks, food & beverages.
One major thing that impressed me the most was how attentive the staff were at the Club Lounge. From the moment I stepped into the entrance, a staff working at the desk stopped what they were doing, looked up and welcomed me with a smile! The rest of the staff were hardworking, constantly cleaning tables, asking how I was doing and if I needed anything from them.
They even found the right time for small talk with me and they would tell me that the cocktails and hard liquor being served during the afternoon tea time will be different from the evening. For example, they will serve Hennessey in the evening. They encouraged me to come back later in the evening. They were just amazing!
Let me show you what’s available during different times of the day & evening.
Breakfast (Weekday):
The typical powerful breakfast options, which to me was adequate as I usually just wanted to munch on something but I don’t eat that much in the morning. A cup of bold dark roast black coffee is what I like. Juices and milk were served.
Scrambled eggs and quiche. These quiche were delicious!
Sausages & bacon.
Coffee machine that grind beans on the spot to make you a nice fresh cup of Joe!
Fruits, smoked salmon, baked goods such as croissants & bagels were served on the other end of the room.
Hors d’oeuvres (Weekday):
Luv the mac n cheese. So good! They were delish! Comfort food!
Giant fried prawns wrapped with bacon. Another dish that I luv.
Deli meat, cheese boards, the whole charcuterie offerings.
The beverages are self-served but of course, if you have trouble poppin’ bottles or some beverages were running low, the friendly staff on premise will help you.
There were also fruit and veggie offerings.
I popped a bottle of local beer.
Then, pour a glass of white wine.
Sweet Dreams (Weeknight):
After dinner, before the Club Lounge closes, I came and grabbed some snacks such as the popcorn, candies from the snack cart.
Then, I pour a Johnnie Walker on the rocks! Sippin’ it slowly.
And then I finished off the evening with a glass of Hennessy on the rock!
The evening view of outside was beautiful as well.
Definitely a great way to enjoy a quiet evening before heading to bed!
PS – I was told that the food options change daily to ensure you don’t get bored with the same food offerings daily.
