Visiting my buddy in Barrie, Ontario, Canada and his son and his cousin wanted to visit Dawson’s Wild West Vinyl over the holidays. Since I have nothing to do, I was happy to drive them to this place.
Apparently, this vinyl store was transformed from a wooden house with the front yard as the parking spot.
Once inside, you could see an impressive collections of vinyl of a variety of genre of music. They even have brand new vinyl such as Taylor Swift and Adele. That’s very cool!
They also have Hip Hop + R & B records.
And the classic CDs collection. Anyone still have CD players hanging around? Super nostalgic.
Owners are courteous and you can be in the store as long as you want to find your hidden gems. No pressure and very chill.
I really enjoy the fireplace and the 2 cozy chairs. I would never imagine to find a hidden gem vinyl store near the Thornton and Barrie area. Very cool!
