So proud of my buddy, Colin who continues to be creative, thinking outta the box to promote his Hong Shing restaurant.
He and his team continues to showcase our Chinese Food, Chinese Tradition & Culture in many different new ways.
Tonight, it was so cool to see Hong Shing transforms into a Private Event venue space, serving cocktails at its new bar and of course, the “Shake Shake Fries”.
