Back in April of 2023, I came here at I Love Pho 2 for its signature rib backbone with rice noodle soup. Back then, there was only one size at Large serving 2 big pieces of rib backbone at $16.45 CDN + tax. Fast forward at almost 2 years later, the rib backbone large size is now at $22.95 CDN + tax.
Perhaps not everyone needs to order the large size and don’t want to pay the large size, I Love Pho 2 now offers medium size with 1 rib backbone at $18.95 CDN + tax.
It’s crazy how inflation and tariff wars make the prices even more higher just to dine out.
Anyhow, the medium size is actually good enough for me and with 1 rib backbone, it’s enough portion for me.
NOTE: Although the menu focuses on rib backbone, the bowl of pho also includes some pieces of beef tripe, beef balls and beef tendon, just so you know, and I luv these other beef parts when indulging a bowl of pho.
