My bro’s girl friend, Queenie knows how to cook good food and bake good pastries. This time, she made us some nice, juicy Lemongrass grilled chicken using the Air Fryer. Air Fryer is one of the greatest invention ever as it makes delicious food with minimum supervision. And while we were at it, we placed in some small potatoes and Air Fry it as side dishes.
As a dipping sauce, Queenie provided a side plate of fish roe sauce. She says it’s good for the chicken. Personally, I like it the way it is as the Lemongrass has already provided good flavour to the chicken.
