Villa Harlequin Italian & Steak Restaurant - Lake Charles, Louisiana

This is how I summed up Villa Harlequin Italian & Steak Restaurant. It’s a great restaurant, great service, good food and good drinks!

I really enjoyed this place. It’s an excellent restaurant serving great Italian inspired food items as well as great steak and cocktails.

We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share.

I personally ordered a steak & surf dish. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking as I like it medium rare. Back home in Toronto, Canada, they usually serve a lobster tail or shrimps as the “surf” part. But here, they serve you with lump crab meat with a nice creamy sauce. Oh mine! What a feast! Generous portion of the lump crab meat, the sauce was addictive, the entire meal was in big portion. I was full right after.

I enjoyed my dining experience at Villa Harelquin very much. I highly recommend it.

This is a great spot. Best yet, the owner went to every table to mingle and asked the customer if the food they ordered are satisfactory. I am impressed! At this day and age, it’s not that common any more to have such high attentive service and they still do at The Villa Harlequin.
