When I was young, I already love cars! I have all the car toys. When I was old enough to drive, I love driving! Now, my dream came true being invited to all these exclusive events, test driving all these amazing machines!
BMW Canada has exclusively invited a small group of people to test drive their brand new 2014 4-Series Coupe and 2014 X5 SUV.
We got greeted with coffee, beverages and cookies, then got into a presentation about their “Drive For Team Canada” program that supports the Canadian Olympians and funding to develop more great athletes and facility venues for their practices.
We then got into a presentation about the new features, specs of the brand new BMW 4-Series & X5.
Then off to the track course. The track course was set up around the parking lot at the Ontario Place. Small blue pylons craved out the track route and red bigger pylons signify the braking areas.
We first got to test drive the X5 SUV, testing the carousel, merry-go-around style, then straight road acceleration, followed by slalom track and then a big hard braking drill to test the amazing ABS Brakes another gadgets the X5 has to offer to protect and provide safety to its passengers. The two X5 trim levels we got to test drive were 1) X5 xDrive35i & xDrive50i.
