A few weeks back, MoKenny and I got invited to an Exclusive VIP Event that showcases the official unveiled of the all-new 2017 Porsche Panamera. This is the 2nd generation of the Panamera model that was first launched in 2009 as a 4-door luxury sedan.
The event was held at the Airship 37, a nice hidden gem that is located near The Distillery District. What I like about this venue is that it’s hidden, a bit of “SpeakEasy” feel to it that you will only dare to walk into the back alley coz you know there is an event as you were one of the invitees.
There was only one 2017 Porsche Panamera, it was in black exterior body paint coupled with the beige interior colour (click here to view the interior of this Porsche Panamera). Before this event, MoKenny had often sent me YouTube videos about this vehicle and the highlight of this vehicle is its unique fold-out spoiler that comes out from the top rear of the vehicle with a touch of a button. Its front 4-square jewel LED lights looked great as well.
A Porsche Executive made a speech and thanked all the attendees for coming to the event, celebrating the official launch of the all-new 2017 Porsche Panamera in Canada. He showcased some of the new features and the highlights of this vehicle.
When the 1st generation of the Porsche Panamera first came out, it was very controversial due to its odd looking exterior shape. But as time goes by, this shape becomes more and more acceptable by the masses and it’s a successful model, help bringing more revenue and reaching out to new demographics that it is now able to reach.
Quite honestly, I think the all-new Porsche Panamera looks great, no matter from what angle you are looking at. It looks good from the front, side and the rear. It’s a fast, sporty, luxurious, futuristic piece of machine.
