Quite honestly, I didn’t even know this year’s 2022 NBA All-Star is being held in Cleveland, Ohio. LOL
Not until I received an email from the Toronto Raptors endorsing to vote Fred VanVleet, Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby that I realized Cleveland is the place for NBA All-Stars, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Anyhow, I did my part and chose the NBA starters. I don’t really have any particular method of my choices. I know some will pick only those who are popular and superstars despite whether they have a great season or not. Some based on the stats and choose those who plays well this year. I am a mix of both, I like to pick players whom I like, players who played well this year and players who have a consistent record of great season over the years.
Below are my picks for both the Eastern and Western Conferences.

In particular, I voted for Raptors Fred Vanvleet. As much as I don’t like Fred’s hero ball & the way he runs the floor with lack of efficient offensive set plays, Fred deserves to be an all-star this year. I voted for Fred. I don’t hate the guy, it’s just his style of play is better suited as the starting shooting guard vs starting as a point guard.
