Ancestry, the global leader in family history, hosted an opening night event called “History Revealed“, an immersive, augmented-reality exhibit that showcases the famed works of Canadian wartime artist Molly Lamb Bobak.
Using AR technology, mobile devices such as the tablets provided guests to see the captivating stories of Canada’s wartime past featured in Bobak’s art – a one-of-a-kind glimpse curated for this Remembrance day.
And of course, lovely cocktails and hors d’oeuvres were served.
A lovely DNA kit was also gifted to help the guests get started on their own family tree.
