Ima-GIN – Beyond the Glass has an outdoor pop-up location at the Harbourfront. It’s especially beautifully LIT when visit at night. Friendly staff checked out ID (to ensure we are at drinking legal age), then we were greeted by another staff to let us walk into the space to watch a short demo video and then serving us a nice Bombay Sapphire cocktail.

Whenever I think of Bombay Sapphire, I think of my beloved gin & tonic. But tonight, it taught me that Bombay Sapphire can make tasty cocktails.
