Buonanotte Toronto, located at the heart of downtown Toronto, providing a cutting-edge night life scene for trendy, diverse clientele. Located at 19 Mercer Street, Buonanotte is a hot spot that is close to all the nightlife venues and sports venues.
This past week, I was invited by Buonanotte to try out its latest new food items along with its other mainstay signature dishes. December is the month of holiday season and this food tasting event was definitely a perfect time to celebrate this special holiday festivity.

Welcome to Buonanotte Toronto |
My first visit at Buonanotte was when I was covering a charity event during Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). It was a great evening as proceeds were donated to a charitable organization. Peeps were having a great time and DJ were pumping out awesome music. Buonanotte believes strongly in giving back to the communities, thus, it provides an avenue for charitable organizations to host fund raising events.
During this second visit, I was looking forward to try the delicious food that I have been hearing from other food writers. They told me the food prepared by Executive Chef, David Iannaci were amazing as he prepared traditional Italian food menu with a modern twist. I love surprises and I love food dishes with a twist to them.

Executive Chef, Davide Iannaci, came out of the kitchen to greet us & describe the various dishes that we were about to taste |
The moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly and beautiful staff, she guided me to my seat. The place was beautifully decorated and nicely lit by candle lights. Near the entrance, there was a bar area, then I walked past a few dining tables and at the far corner, I saw a chef was preparing fresh pizza dough with fresh ingredients, getting ready to place it into the fresh stone oven that they had built in-house. I was later informed by the server that the stone oven can turn as high up to 1100 degree Celsius and it only takes 45 seconds for the pizza to be ready for consumption.

I think the overall interior design of Buonanotte really set the tone for the overall positive vibe of the dining experience. It looks chic, modern, glamorous and luxurious. The golden-bronze ceiling gave the place a futuristic but also royal feel. The wooden tables also provided a nature feel to it. Trendy peeps like myself loves unique and interesting interior combinations. I really like this place.
The entire evening, I was enjoying the newest items on the menu and the amazing cocktails created by the mixologist.
