Casa Victoria Fine Dining - Dim Sum

My favorite dim sum – Har Gao (aka shrimp dumplings). Luv it so much, we ordered 3 orders of them, now looking like a dim sum tower! LOL

I love Dim Sum, it’s a great way to spend time with my loved ones and family. It’s also a great time to hang out with friends, in particular, I enjoyed a large group so we can order lots of dim sum and share the food.

Nowadays, restaurants that still employ staff to push the dim sum carts are getting less and less. Most restaurants nowadays give you a dim sum checklist and you just order whatever you want. It’s a different culture and experience but that’s the norm now.

There aren’t many dim sum restaurants in the Markham area either. But if you are looking for a good dim sum place, Casa Victoria is my recommended pick. It’s a fine dining Chinese cuisine restaurant, handled by professional and well-established executive chefs. The dim sum here are top notch but then again, the dim sum prices here are also relatively more expensive than other average normal dim sum places. But you pay what you pay for, good dim sum, higher quality Chinese tea, beautiful decor and chandelier and good customer service. The moment you walk into this restaurant, you feel like you are walking into a palace. Marble floors and walls and golden decor making it luxurious.

Most of the staff speak good English so if you don’t know much about the dim sum items or require assistance, you will have no problem getting assistance.
