My dad, aka “Chef’s Daddy” makes a good turkey dinner for many years. It’s our annual tradition for dad to make the Turkey. He buys a fresh turkey (never frozen ones), he make sure the meat is put on oil and butter. He timed it well so that the turkey is juicy and tender and never dry.
Most importantly, he uses Chinese steam sticky rice as stuffing. It’s the fan favourite. Below are some of the photos showing Chef Daddy’s preparation.
