So….my mom received a nice gift basketball from her long time coworker and the basket was filled with all the Sleeman Brewery goodies. And includes all types of beer brands in the gift basket.
One of the bottle is a Delirium Tremens Beer. I have never tasted it before and it has an adorable interesting bottle packaging.
So, I tasted this beer for the 1st time and I have to say, I didn’t like it. It has a strong 8.7% alcohol but just coz it’s strong, it doesn’t mean it tastes good or makes sense. I think the strong alcohol flavour took away the overall flavour of the beer itself and my tastebuds felt so dry afterwards. It had a super dry aftertaste which I don’t like either.
Have you tried Delirium Tramens beer before? If yes, what are your thoughts?
