Do you want a “Golden Slice”?
Golden Slice Bakery is launching in January 2024.
Luckily, I didn’t have to wait long as I got to try its first batch of its freshly made banana bread. Super tasty!
The banana bread that I received is freshly baked, when I squished it, it’s nice and soft yet still firm enough to hold its own for me to carry it around.
Super flavourful and you can sell the banana from the bread. I personally would prefer the outer part to be a little bit crispy as I like that first bite of crispyiness but that’s just my preference. Otherwise, overall, this is a nice loaf of banana bread.
I think Golden Slice is expanding its list of offerings including chocolate chip banana bread. I would luv to try that some day.
