Located across the Blue Bovine Steak + Sushi House at the Toronto Union Station is the newest Blue Bovine Wine Club, a private membership wine club.
It’s a venue space where customers can pay a membership fee to access the private space and store their wines and other prized collections. The Bovine Wine Club is Ontario’s only fully licensed private wine club and storage facility, coming Fall 2024.
From the outside, you will see the bridge corridor of the Toronto PATH and leading to the Toronto Union Station but behind the wooden table, members can access by clicking the passcode. Once inside, the members will need to type in another passcode in order to access the wine locker room.
The MoVernie Team were given an exclusive tour of the Bovine Wine Club, the room is well-lit, nice wooden locker doors. Members can pay for a large or small lockers. The room is nicely ventilated to ensure the temperature of the wines are being stored at the right humidity and temperature. The spoke person told us there are about 600 locker rooms you can purchase.
The moment you stepped into the Bovine Wine Club, you will notice it’s deemed with lights, cozy, and intimate. It’s relaxing as it’s nice and quiet. There are TV screens throughout the space for people to enjoy a Leafs or Raptors game.
The focal point for me at this place is the display of an old classic motorcycle placed beside the marble bar area.
If you want to host a private dinner, just book the room and you can invite some of your friends or clients to dine as food are conveniently prepared across from Blue Bovine Steak + Sushi House, prepared by Chef Sean Blomeley and Sushi Chef Eugene.
There is also a private room that you can host a private event accommodating 50-60 people in capacity. There is a separate entrance.
As we glanced through, there are about 5 gender neutral washroom stations.
Overall, this is a great venue space option and a worthwhile membership private wine club coz the initial fee is $1000 CDN for the primary member and $600 CDN for the 2nd member. Plus about $350 CDN a month for the locker rental storage fee and corking fee.
Just imagine you invite your clients, friends or families for pre-drink at the private wine club, drop off your belongings such as laptop on the locker rooms provided, walk over to Scotiabank Arena to enjoy a Leafs or Raptors games or even a concert. After that, you just come back to the locker room to enjoy some more wine.
The private wine club business hours from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM and you can access thru the passcode at the door. The prime location is perfect as it’s nearby the GO train station, subway station and close to the financial district. Location! Location! Location and Blue Bovine Private Wine Club has it all!
