My bro’s girl friend, Queenie knows how to cook good food and bake good pastries. This time, she made fish maw crab meat soup. It’s delicious. This soup is our family’s favourite and I must say, Queenie’s creation of soup is better than some of the restaurants that serve this soup.
Using real crab meat was an added bonus as some restaurants use imitation crab meat instead and it loses flavour and texture.
MoVernie TIP: When consuming the fish maw crab meat soup, it’s important to taste the soup on its own. After a few spoonful, add a drop or two of the red vinegar, stir it a bit and the taste of the soup changes and it’s even more tastier.
