Our crew and I were on the Germany road trip, visiting Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart and Munich. One of our highlights to begin the trip on a good start was covering the Frankfurt International Auto Show, also referred to as IAA17. This auto show is ranked one of the biggest and prestige show in the world, depending on who you talk to, it ranks top 3 in the world. And this show is so big in terms of the amount of money being spent on organizing the show and the space size, it only happens every other year.
During our media coverage of the IAA17, we got to see many European brands that normally not available in the North American market. Additionally, we also saw a number of car manufacturers coming from China. And this year, battery powered vehicles are a big thing at the show. The Mobility World also was a treat to check out, it’s not necessary automobile related but how technology and mobility connectivity impact our everyday lives in the near future with more gadgets and technology.
Anyhow, let me show you some of the highlights of our coverage at the IAA17. If you never been, I highly recommend journalists to cover this event or if you don’t have media credentials, visiting it as public is worthwhile as well.
