Congratulations to @keith_pears on his newest Pears Restaurant located at Downtown Markham.
Our MoVernie Team were treated to a wonderful evening of excellent cocktails, delish food and live entertainment.
Keith is a very talented chef as he consistently improving his craft trying out new dishes, entering culinary competitions around the world and opening up various restaurants. Keith already opened up “Glass Kitchen” in Richmond Hill. So, it’s nice he is focusing on opening more establishments in Markham and other areas. It’s nice to have restaurants of this caliber in the suburbs and you don’t have to drive thru the traffic to downtown to experience such high quality of food and service.
The interior design is artsy, chic and modern serving Asian Fusion cuisine along with specialty cocktails. Speaking of art, I am sure you will spot Keith’s own sculpture of himself somewhere in his resto. LOL
Throughout the night, there were various live entertainment that included traditional Chinese music with traditional instruments. Also the famous face 变脸 changing show.
How about parrots for kids and guests to pose pictures with?
Mayor of Markham Frank Scarpitti was on hand for the ribbon cutting and a speech welcome Pears Restaurant in Markham.
