And talking about connections, I strongly think everything happens for a reason. Hong Shing Chinese Restaurant, one of my favourite Chinese restaurants in Toronto, has partnered with Hometown Brew Co. to create a pilsner that is dedicated and packaged as a “Hong Shing Beer”. This type of collaboration is huge for a Chinese restaurant as most Chinese restaurants doesn’t produce its own brand of beer. So, this is such a cool initiative by Hong Shing and Hometown Brew Co.
What’s more amazing was…..we were hosted by Long Point Eco Adventures (Long Point) for its glamping experience. And little did I know that Hometown Brew Co. is located inside the property of Long Point. This was a perfect timing to taste the beer flights of the Hometown Brew’s variety of beers.
