Jack Daniels Bar & Grill is located inside the L’Auberge Casino & Resort. Jack Daniels is a huge restaurant with a high ceiling with a theme of old truck hood table booths to a big truck live stage to a long curvy bar table for a long list of beers.
They serve food, but I personally think this is a good spot for fresh pint of beers, snacks and live entertainment.
But if you want to dine here for a full meal, it has a variety of options. In particular, I enjoyed the gator bites, the grilled oven baked oysters with a nice secret sauce. You can also try the BBQ brisket and ribs. However, I wasn’t a fan of the crawfish toast as the bread wasn’t toasty but soft, perhaps that’s how the locals love it.
I enjoy the bar alot, lots of beer choices to choose from around the world and from local Lake Charles. I luv the Louisiana Lager (produced by the Crying Eagle Company), the beer was light but easy to drink, perfect for a super hot summer day laying on the lazy river at L’Auberge.
They also have Karaoke evenings and also live band performances, just look for their updated schedule on its website if you want some live entertainment. The best part about the karaoke is that….unlike typical karaoke where you type in the song name to a machine and you just sing. They have a live band that will play your song while you sing, as if you are performing a live concert. It was quite an unique experience and also showcase how talented the band was able to play the song live on the spot.
