Javier’s is a high-end Mexican cuisine that features premium margaritas and good food with a unique architectural interior design. In particular, I found the strands of rope on the ceiling very interesting. This restaurant is located inside the Aria Resort & Casino.
We came here at around 6:30 pm as it’s a perfect pre-drink and pre-eat place before we head for our show, “O” by Cirque du Soleil.
We ordered its signature Jalapeno Margarita cocktails and ordered some tacos (shrimp and pork tacos). They offered complimentary Mexican chips and salsa to start. Food & drinks were tasty and delicious! We sat at the bar area on high stools and it has a good view of the casino and good vibes. We luv it here, it’s pricey but it’s Vegas pricing and we enjoyed our experience. We would definitely come back!
