There are a number of “Landings” restaurants around the GTA. You have Williams Landing at the Liberty’s Village. Hunters Landing at one of the Concord City Place condos. There is Harpers Landing in Oakville. And there are another handful of Landings restaurants as well.
To add to the “Landings” franchise, Kellys Landing will be opened to the public next Wednesday, August 23rd. It’s located at the heart of the downtown Toronto core, 123 Front Street East. It’s basically at the intersection of Front Street East and University Avenue. It’s going to be the new hotspot mainly because of its proximity to everything. It’s near the Metro Convention Centre, Union Station, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Fairmont Royal York Hotel and is easily accessible by bus, trains, subway, cars or by foot.
It’s a huge space with various dining areas that has its own unique decor and sitting arrangements. There is a big wooden dining table that can accommodate up to 12 or more people. There are booths around the area. Or you can chat with the bartenders at the big spacious bar area. If you want to catch the Jays or Raptors or Leafs games, it has a BIG screen to watch the game while chowing down delicious food and tasty beverages. A fireplace will make everyone cozy comes winter time. During the summer, the patio area will be opened. Best yet, there is a DJ booth area to allow DJs to pump some good beats and tunes.
If you want to see the shining star, bright moon or perhaps a rare eclipse, the power retractable roof will open and provide some fresh air.
You can find freshly shucked oysters or perhaps burgers or mini sliders to share. Pizza is tasty. And all Landings restaurants are famous for their ridiculous amazing Caesars drink. Not only it’s tasty, it’s will fill up your stomach with the food that comes with it. It’s also super photogenic for foodie who needs snap photos of this drink from every angle and post it on Twitter and Instagram.
