Markham Museum is a 25-acre open-air museum, located in Markham, Ontario, Canada. It is dedicated to the preservation of old buildings and artefacts from Markham’s past, especially as a rural village has become an urban centre.
I recalled back then when I was in public school, we had a field trip taking the yellow bus to Markham Museum to learn about the history and the people’s lives in Markham.
Fast forward till now, this turns out to be a bigger modern building with a sculpture located outside and a nice little park beside it. A great community in Markham preserving the history of the area.
