minibar by Jose Andres: 2 Michelin Stars - Washington, DC (USA) [IPW17]

During IPW17, I had a pleasure of signing up for one of the amazing Media Brunch Tours to explore what Washington, DC has to offer. Washington, DC is home to many Michelin Star & James Beard restaurants and bars and this tour allowed a small group of lucky journalists to visit a number of well established restaurants and bars and indulged some of their signature food tasting and cocktails tasting items.

And one of the spots that we visited was barmini and minibar, opened by the famous Chef/Owner, José Andrés. The gastronomy and the presentation of both of these places (located across each other in the same building) is a memory of a life time!
