Ok, so….I have seen and tasted different types of cheese in my life. I have also seen many different packaging of cheese BUT…..I have never seen such a long and big cheese like this from Cheese Boutique. It pretty much looks like a long tree trunk shape, weighting a monster size of 900 lbs and took 15 years to aged.

At Real Sports, I often seen Raptors players, Leafs players showing up at private VIP events to greet the eventgoers. Never in my life have I seen an event strictly happened to host a big long cheese. However, I know this is a BIG Deal and how much it means to those who luvs cheese and staff at Cheese Boutique.

Check out the stats and rarity of this cheese here.

It took a small army of cheese mongers and chefs to move this Monster 900lb, 15 yr aged provolone from Cheese Boutique to Real Sports. It was quite a treat to see the chefs cutting up this baby up in the middle, carry it up to a table and carve out some to put it onto the burgers.

MoVernie FUN Fact: What exactly is Provolone? Based on Wikipedia, it says, “Provolone is an Italian cheese. It is an aged pasta filata cheese originating in Casilli near Vesuvius, where it is still produced in pear, sausage, or cone shapes 10 to 15 cm long.
