Tonight, the MoVernie SPIES were in for a good treat as they went to the grand opening of the Slava’s Snowshow at the iconic Elgin Theatre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. What a perfect way to kickstart the holidays and Christmas!
Slava’s Snowshow: What is it?
Based on its website, “Internationally celebrated show is blowing into Toronto right in time for the holidays with its signature blend of theatrical magic and foolish fun“.
Direct from France, Slava Polunin’s International Company of Performers has been staged over 12,000 times in 225 cities across 40 countries since its inaugural performance in 1993, “Slava’s Snowshow” is a visual and musical extravaganza that presents an imaginative fun loving entertainment that is perfect for date night or family fun.
This show is all-age appropriate and there were children in the audience and they had a fun time! In particular, the clowns were very interactive with the audiences during the intermission as well as during the show and after the show.
There isn’t much talking by the talent as it lets the visual, audio, body movement and props express its own artistic performance to the audience and it’s up to the audience own imagination and interpretation.
And oh mine! Make sure you don’t leave your seats for the finale, coz the finale will blow you away with an unforgettable visual and immersive experience throughout the entire theatre.
