I highly recommend the service from Nura Electric.
The air condition in my condo unit stop working as the breaker panel switch continues to stop, so I asked my condo concierge who to refer to, they recommended Nura Electric.
Moment I called the phone number, someone named Hasan answered my call. I told him my condo situation, he already have a sense of what’s the root of things. You can sense the genuine and confidence in Hasan.
He breaks down the fee and what’s the expectation for his appearance to check on my condo unit. He also asked me to take a few photos of the air con unit, the breaker panel and he said he will get back to me with a call, which he did promptly afterwards.
Communication is KEY to me especially I am dealing with a new company for the 1st time without prior experience. Hasan and Nura Electric provided prompt responses and expertise. Everything is honest, transparent and no funny business.
In the past, I will have to chase down other companies plumber, electricians or special trades people as most either are non-responsive or they just don’t call you back when they said they would. At Nura Electric, they are responsive and they will call you back when they said they will call me back.
This morning, before I woke up, Hasan already texted me and letting me know that he is on his way to check out my condo unit to find the root of the cause.
Although the air con was beyond repair and nothing Hasan could do since the roots of the issues isn’t electrical related, I thanked him for testing everything, and with process of elimination, he was able to pinpoint to me what’s wrong.
I would definitely choose Hasan and Nura Electric in the near future and will highly recommend his service to my friends and families in the future if they encounter any electrical problems.
