Sunday Reception Party – Restaurant Canada 2020 – Toronto, Canada

Restaurants Canada (RC) is a national, not-for-profit association representing Canada’s diverse and dynamic foodservice industry. Each year, it hosts a large conference called the “RC Show” to showcase the latest trends in the food & service industry, this includes new kitchen equipment, machines, technology, food and beverage products and much more.

Personally, I must say, this RC Show is by far 1 of my favourite top 10 events that I MUST attend every year. There is so much to do at this conference. They have speaking engagements, seminars, chefs talks and share their insights about the food & services industry in Canada. There are so many food and beverage samples (complimentary) throughout the entire conference.

In particular, the Opening Reception “wow” me big time this year. The Seacore Seafood Inc. was one of the sponsors and provided the attendees with fresh seafood. Everyone knows how much I luv my seafood.

There were lobster meat, stone crab claws, jumbo shrimps, smoked salmon, freshly shucked oysters and more. And there were cocktails, beer and wine to flush those tasty food down the stomach.

More importantly, Tourism of Peru sponsored this reception party as well and provided us with live entertainment, specialty food and drinks.

Anyhow, let me show you around and let you see for yourself how awesome this RC Show Opening Reception was. I luv my seafood. It was heaven getting to taste so much good seafood. DJ Grump was amazing, spinning so many great tunes throughout the entire night.
