It’s a Speakeasy bar that requires you you text and get a code. When ring the door bell, you have to provide the staff the code you just received from the text.

The entrance the Cloak Bar has no storefront, very quiet and subtle that you will be lead into a stairwell and into the basement and volia, a SpeakEasy Bar. They serves snack here as well but I recommend you just focus on ordering drinks as that’s what this place is well-known for.
