In my previous MoVernie BLOG, I had visited the Bayou Rum located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. We went on a rum tour, got some rum tasting. Additionally, Bayou Rum has a relatively new Event Space that is being used to rent out for wedding parties, birthday parties, as well as corporate events.
I luv this event space so much that I feel it deserves a separate MoVernie BLOG. Moreover, it’s a large venue space that I want to show you with much great details.
At a glance, this event space is new, modern, chic and it’s just special. This event space can be broken down into a few sections. It has a nice courtyard outdoor area where you can enter. The courtyard is perfect for setting up patio tables & chairs as well as a stage for live performance or presentations. Once you have entered inside, there is a massive main lobby area. There is a nice bar area. And my favourite part, you enter into a massive space filled with lots of barrels, they called this space the “Barrel Library”.
