Chef Daddy luvs to cook and in this MoVernie BLOG post, he is cooking spam fried eggs. He first chopped the spam meat into square small pieces and then coupled with the fried eggs.
Chef Daddy TIP: Don’t over cook the fried eggs, make sure the yolk is runny and provide a nice soft fluffy finish. Add a bit of garnish such as chopped green onions will be the best as it adds colour, aroma and flavour.
