Steam Chinese Vegetables Mix by Chef Daddy – Homemade #StayHome


This steam vegetables mix is a traditional Chinese dish that I don’t really know what’s the proper name in English. But in Chinese, it’s called “Min Kong Jie Bo”. It includes steaming of the following vegetables items:

– “Min Kong Jie” sauce (this is the key to the dish)
– bean curb
– “lin che”
– dried bean curb (fu choke)
– bok choy
– fat choy
– winter fungus
– black fungus
